STARTING THE PRACTICE OF YOGA
WAS MY WAY OUT AND IN
Out of the secure snugness of living a life, I thought I must, into a version of myself that felt
resonating with my own heartbeat. In my Vinyasa classes, keeping old traditions is as important as
integrating playful, new elements and delicate, intuitive, free movements.
Each of my 90-minute units, contains a mixture of modern & traditional music pieces,
carefully selected and adapted to the asana (poses) sequencing, as I deeply believe in the power of music as
a door opener to inner detachment, and therefore a wider moving experience in the whole body.
Detailed anatomical alignment and assistance will make you feel safe and therefore allow yourself to
explore your body from the inside out. Besides the classical certified Hatha Yoga Teacher Training,
I attended workshops with Meghan Currie, Elena Brower, Sean Corn, and Thai Massage Guru Krishnataki.
All their teachings healed some lost parts of me, touched me deeply and highly inspired my own way of
passing the practice of yoga on to the world. Furthermore, I absolved international
teacher trainings in Meditation, Yoga Therapy, and Yoga Nidra, the yogic sleep
for experiencing a state of deep relaxation.
I truly trust in the process of yoga and the reconnection to nature as human beings,
connecting body, mind and spirit, leading to more well-being and inner ease.
